– Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
– Communicating with Team and Client : Allocating tasks, monitoring team activities, and ensuring that the project is on track (JIRA). Regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on project progress, addressing their concerns, and managing their expectations.
– Assessing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle. Defining quality standards, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring that the project meets the required standards and specifications.
– Creating and maintaining project documentation, project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes, project reports and providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
